From life to death, from joy to sadness, from sickness to health, from dirty to clean, from sad to happy, from worry to serenity, from tears to laughter, from obesity to fitness, from downhill to uphill, from life to living, from dying to dignity, from your reality to your destiny. We are in it with you.
From birth to death, and through the rollercoaster of life. We choose to to lift you, hold you, and guide you through it all. We live it with you, so you can live.
This is my 5th year celebrating nurses week, and I’m grateful to be the hand you hold as we tumble through the often bumpy cycle we call life.
In 2013, I took an oath and assumed the role, NURSE.
I live it.
I love it.
I’m proud of it.
I never looked back and keep looking forward.
From my green, scrubs to your open backed, gown,
I am proud to do the work I do, when I care for you.
Truly.
Your nurse.
